Offensive Player of the Week

Levi Brown (Troy, QB)
Brown continued to carve his name into the annals of Troy, and Sun Belt, football with another record-setting performance in leading the Trojans to a convincing 47-21 victory over FAU, clinching Troy's fourth consecutive Sun Belt title. Brown broke his own school record by passing for 477 yards against the Owls, completing 27-of-36 attempts, and hitting three touchdowns. In addition to the single-game passing mark (which he originally set earlier this year against North Texas), Brown also set new single-season records for passing yards (3,575) and total offense (3,611). The season passing record had stood for 41 years, since Sim Byrd set the original mark of 3,569 in 1968. The total offense record, which also establishes a new Sun Belt mark, was set in 2007 by Omar Haugabook. Brown needs just 114 passing yards in the Trojans' regular season finale to set a new league record. Brown currently stands second in the nation in total offense per game.

Defensive Player of the Week

Bear Woods (Troy, LB)
Woods turned in his standout performance of the year in his final game at Movie Gallery Veterans Stadium as the Trojans wrapped up their fourth consecutive Sun Belt title. Woods had 13 total tackles against FAU, including two of the teams' seven TFL in the game. He also had one pass breakup. For the year, Woods has 73 total stops, including seven for loss, while having played in just nine of the teams' 11 games.

Special Teams Player of the Week

Grant Fleming (Louisiana-Lafayette, LB)
Fleming was a key contributor on defense, as the Cajuns held ULM to 91 yards passing, but it was his play on special teams that was a key to the Cajuns victory.  With ULL holding a 21-17 lead and punting back to ULM from the Cajuns 21-yard line with 1:38 remaining, Fleming recovered a fumble that allowed the team to run out the clock in victory.  The Cajuns took a knee twice to win their sixth game of the season.  Fleming also boasted nine tackles on defense.
