MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (AP) -Dwight Dasher ran for three touchdowns and passed for two more as Middle Tennessee beat Florida International 48-21 on Saturday.

Dasher ran for 178 yards and scored on runs of 1, 70 and 68 yards for the Blue Raiders (6-3, 4-1 Sun Belt Conference). He also went 13-for-28 for 178 yards and two touchdowns. He was intercepted three times.

Panthers quarterback Wayne Younger threw for 178 yards and was intercepted three times.

The Blue Raiders are bowl eligible and remain one game behind Troy for first place in the conference.

ULM 33, North Texas 6
DENTON, Texas (AP) - Trey Revell and LaGregory Sapp hooked up for a pair of touchdown passes and Greg James picked off three throws as Louisiana-Monroe snapped a two-game slide with a 33-6 victory Saturday over North Texas.

ULM tailback Frank Goodin ran for 102 yards and 2 TDs, the last of which came with 2:38 to play to cement the Warhawks' fourth win in their last five against the Eagles (2-7, 1-5 Sun Belt).

The James-led defense allowed just 268 total yards and held the conference's top scoring offense to two field goals. Louisiana-Monroe (5-4, 4-1) held UNT to 79 yards on the ground.

Two of James' interceptions came in the second half. His 16 career interceptions are the most in school and Sun Belt history. He is also the NCAA's active leader.

Revell, who threw for 282 yards on 14-of-22 passing, hit Sapp for scoring passes of 12 and eight yards.

Louisiana-Lafayette 21, Arkansas State 18
JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) -Lance Kelley's interception with 2:52 left stopped an Arkansas State rally and saved Louisiana-Lafayette's 21-18 victory Saturday.

The Ragin' Cajuns (5-4, 3-2 Sun Belt) led 21-3 until the Red Wolves (2-6, 1-3) rallied behind redshirt freshman quarterback Ryan Aplin, who led the team to 15 fourth-quarter points. Both touchdowns were by Reggie Arnold, who scored on runs of 2 and 5 yards.

Aplin entered late in the third quarter after senior Corey Leonard was benched for an interception, penalty and unsportsmanlike penalty on three second-half possessions. He drove the Red Wolves on scoring drives of 68 and 69 yards and followed the second TD with a scrambling two-point conversion, which made it 21-18 with 10:10 left.

Aplin finished with 147 yards passing and ran for 16 more.

Louisiana-Lafayette built a 21-3 lead behind the play of quarterback Chris Masson, who ran for 30 yards and two touchdowns and passed for 229 yards.

Blaine Gautier's 1-yard run gave the Cajuns the lead and Masson added a 7-yard score in the second quarter. Louisiana-Lafayette led 14-3 at halftime after Arkansas State's Josh Arauco kicked a field goal with 29 seconds left.

In the third quarter, Masson added a 2-yard touchdown run.
