Sun Belt Stands in Solidarity
All Sun Belt Conference women’s soccer teams took a moment this weekend to stand in solidarity in the fight against Ovarian cancer. Teams shared the field and got together for a group picture while wearing specially designed jerseys in support of Texas State’s head coach, Kat Conner, who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer last year and is now in remission. It is Conner’s goal to spread awareness regarding ovarian cancer and it’s symptoms.
